Boxing Champion Floyd Mayweather Buys Las Vegas Home For $10 Million


Boxing champion Floyd Mayweather purchased a nearly 22,000-square-foot home in Las Vegas.



Floyd Mayweather has knocked out real estate competition with his new Las Vegas abode.
The 41-year-old retired boxer confirmed the purchase via two Instagram posts, matching images of the home in the listing. "My new home, I’m truly blessed," The home was purchased for $10 million by an LLC, which is owned by Mr. Mayweather, property records show. The off-market sale was noted on property records on Monday.
The single-story home has eleven bedrooms and 14 bathrooms. It includes two guest houses and has heated floors throughout, said Kamran Zand from Luxury Homes Las Vegas, the listing agent. He did not confirm that the house was purchased by Mr. Mayweather.The nearly 22,000-square-foot home sits on 1.41 acres of land, Mr. Zand said. There are indoor and outdoor pools, as well as two detached four-car garages. A commercial elevator connects the one-story house to the basement, just off the master bedroom.
